What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on product complexity and material type. For standard products, MOQ typically starts from 1,000-3,000 pcs. For fully customized OEM/ODM projects, we usually recommend 3,000-5,000 pcs to balance mold cost and unit price. We're happy to discuss based on your specific project.
Do you provide product design and mold development?
Yes. We provide full-service industrial design, 3D modeling, DFM analysis and precision mold making in-house. Whether you have a hand-drawn sketch, a reference product, or a finished CAD file, we can turn it into a production-ready product.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our products meet international standards including FDA, LFGB, CE, UL, RoHS and REACH. We use only 100% food-grade silicone and can provide the appropriate compliance package for your target market -- US, EU, Australia, Canada, Japan, etc.
How long does mold development take?
Typical mold development lead time is 20-30 days, depending on product complexity. Simple single-cavity molds can be completed in 15-20 days, while multi-cavity or multi-material overmolding tools may take 30-45 days.
Can you handle custom packaging and branding?
Absolutely. We offer full private-label services: silk-screen printing, laser marking, custom retail boxes, hangtags, inserts, and shrink-wrapping. Send us your artwork and we'll take care of the rest.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C, and Western Union. Shipping terms include EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP -- via sea, air or express based on your urgency and volume.
Can I visit your factory in Dongguan?
Warmly welcome. Our facility is located in Liaobu Town, Dongguan -- about 1 hour by car from Shenzhen and Guangzhou airports. We can arrange pickup and factory tours. Please schedule your visit with us in advance.
