Engineers analyze your 3D files, suggest structural optimizations, and confirm feasibility.
Mold Design
Detailed mold drawing, cavity layout, gate position and cooling design submitted for approval.
Tooling
Steel selection, CNC machining, EDM, polishing -- 15-25 days depending on complexity.
T1 Sample
First trial injection, full inspection, courier to you for review and feedback.
Mold Policy
Mold cost may be partially or fully refunded on reaching agreed annual order volume.

Material Cost
100% food-grade silicone, selected grade (solid / LSR), color masterbatch and additives.
Mold / Tooling
Only for new designs. Steel grade, cavity count and complexity determine the cost.
Processing & Labor
Injection, demolding, trimming, deflashing, and skilled operator cost.
Post-processing
Printing, spraying, UV coating, laser, backing adhesive, oil-dropping, etc.
QC & Testing
Dimension, tensile, aging, tear-resistance test and SOP full-inspection.
Packaging & Freight
Sample packaging and international express (DHL / FedEx / UPS) based on destination.
Good to know: Sample fees for existing products are usually refundable upon placing a bulk order. New mold cost refund policy is negotiable based on annual volume commitment.

Engineering Modification
Our engineers adjust color, structure, logo position, or firmness as needed.
Second Sample Shipped
