From Concept to
Shelf-Ready Reality.
Our end-to-end OEM/ODM process for silicone baby products is designed to minimize risk and maximize precision. Over 15 years of experience distilled into nine transparent stages -- from first inquiry to global shipment.
Stage One
Requirement Assessment
Stage Four
Mold & Sample
Stage Seven
Mass Production
Final Stage
Packaging & Shipment
Stage One
Requirement Communication & Evaluation.
Every great product begins with clarity. Our team collaborates closely with your project managers to understand your market vision, product function, and compliance needs -- then evaluates feasibility before anything else.
Information We Collect
Product category, target market, intended function, dimensions, color preferences, material requirements (solid or liquid silicone), surface finish, and expected certifications (FDA, LFGB, CE, etc.).
Feasibility Assessment
Our engineering team reviews technical feasibility, mold complexity, production efficiency, and material compatibility -- flagging risks early so timelines and costs stay transparent.
Signed NDA Protection
All shared briefs, drawings, and brand concepts are protected under a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before technical review begins.
Stage Two
Quotation & Cooperation Confirmation.
Transparent pricing, structured timelines, and clear deliverables. We provide itemized quotations covering tooling, unit cost, surface treatments, and lead time -- ensuring every stakeholder knows exactly what to expect.
Itemized Pricing
Mold cost, unit price (FOB/EXW), post-processing fees, and certification charges -- all broken down.
Timeline Mapping
Milestone-based schedule covering design, tooling, sampling, mass production, and shipment windows.
Cooperation Terms
OEM, ODM, or hybrid model confirmed. MOQ, payment terms (T/T, L/C), and IP ownership defined.
Contract Signing
Formal agreement locks scope, deliverables, quality standards, and project kickoff date.
Stage Three
Design & Engineering Development.
Our in-house industrial designers and tooling engineers translate your concept into manufacturable reality. Every curve, draft angle, and parting line is engineered for safety, efficiency, and aesthetic excellence.
2D Drawings & 3D Modeling
CAD files, exploded views, and photorealistic renders delivered for your approval.
DFM Analysis
Design-for-Manufacturing review optimizes wall thickness, gate placement, and venting.
Color & Pantone Matching
Custom color development aligned with your brand standards and Pantone references.
Structural Validation
Pre-mold simulation to verify durability, flex strength, and compliance with baby safety standards.
Stage Four
Mold & Sample Making.
Precision tooling is the heart of silicone manufacturing. Our in-house mold workshop crafts tolerance-controlled molds within ±0.1mm, ensuring perfect replication from the very first shot.
Mold Design
Based on approved 3D files, we engineer multi-cavity tooling using premium steel (P20, S136, 718H) matched to production volume.
- ✦ Mold flow analysis
- ✦ Cavity count optimization
- ✦ Cooling system design
Tooling Fabrication
CNC machining, EDM, and precision polishing deliver mirror-finish mold cavities ready for first-shot sampling.
- ✦ ±0.1mm tolerance
- ✦ 15-25 days typical lead time
- ✦ Mirror polish surface
First Sample Trial
T1 samples are molded, trimmed, and inspected. Dimensional reports and photos are shared for review.
- ✦ Dimension verification
- ✦ Visual QC report
- ✦ Sample shipment to client
Stage Five
Sample Confirmation & Order Preparation.
Approval is a shared responsibility. We work iteratively through sample revisions until every detail meets your expectation, then prepare the production order with precision raw-material planning.
Client Sample Review
You evaluate samples for appearance, function, feel, and safety. Written feedback forms become the technical reference.
Revision & Fine-Tuning
Mold adjustments, color refinements, or texture tweaks are implemented. New samples issued for final approval.
Pre-Production Sample (PPS) Sign-off
A golden sample is sealed and retained as the master reference for mass production QC.
Order & Material Preparation
PO issued, 30% deposit received, food-grade silicone raw materials procured and stocked for mass run.
Stage Six
Mass Production & Quality Inspection.
With 64 silicone injection machines running under ISO 9001 SOPs, we deliver volume with uncompromising consistency. Every piece is inspected before it leaves the line.

Certified QC System
In-Process QC (IPQC)
First-piece inspection, hourly line checks, flash removal verification, and real-time dimensional sampling.
Lab Testing
Tensile strength, aging, tear resistance, high/low temperature cycling -- all per FDA, LFGB, RoHS, REACH standards.
Final QC (FQC)
Appearance, dimension, function, and adhesion checks under AQL 1.0 / 2.5 standards before packing.
Stage Seven
Packaging & Shipment.
Your brand presentation is as critical as the product itself. We provide full packaging development -- from retail-ready boxes to export cartons -- and manage logistics coordination to any port worldwide.
Retail Packaging
Color boxes, blister cards, hang tags, inserts.
Branding & Printing
Pad print, laser engraving, debossing, silk screen.
Export Logistics
FOB, CIF, DDP shipping to all major ports.
Compliance Docs
CoA, CoC, test reports, commercial invoices.
Your Role at Every Stage.
Successful OEM/ODM projects are a two-way collaboration. Here is a transparent view of what we need from you -- and when -- to keep your project on time and on budget.
