Pre-weighed HCR silicone is placed into heated steel molds and cured under precise pressure and temperature. Reliable, versatile and economical for mid-volume baby product lines.
Material Preparation
Food-grade HCR is kneaded, color-matched and precision-cut into pre-forms.
Compression & Curing
Molds close at 160-200°C under controlled pressure for complete vulcanization.
Deflashing & Post-Cure
Cryogenic deburring and secondary oven cure remove VOCs for safe skin contact.
