What cooperation models do you offer?
We support three main cooperation models: OEM (produce based on your design and specifications), ODM (full product development from concept to mass production), and wholesale of our mature standard products with your branding.
Can you develop a product from just a sketch or idea?
Yes. With 15 years of OEM/ODM experience, our engineering team can turn a sketch, reference sample, or even a market concept into a mass-production-ready product -- including industrial design, 3D modeling, DFM analysis, mold development, and sample confirmation.
Do you work with small e-commerce brands or only large importers?
We serve a wide range of B2B clients -- from established international brands and large distributors to growing e-commerce sellers building their own brand. As long as your project meets our MOQ, we're happy to collaborate.
What is the typical process from inquiry to production?
Inquiry → Requirement confirmation → Quotation → Design & DFM → Mold development → Sample confirmation → Mass production → QC & full inspection → Packaging → Shipping. Our project manager keeps you updated at each milestone.

Food-grade silicone, multi-material combinations, and the full baby product range.
What silicone materials do you use?
We use 100% food-grade eco-friendly silicone, available in both solid silicone rubber (SSR) and liquid silicone rubber (LSR). All raw materials pass RoHS and REACH tests, are BPA-free, non-toxic, odorless, and safe for food and skin contact.
Which baby products can you manufacture?
Our range covers feeding essentials (bottles, nipples, sippy cups, straws, spoons, bowls, divided plates, bibs, training chopsticks), soothing & care items (pacifiers, teethers, grasping balls, rattles, bath toys), bath & grooming (bath brushes, silicone toothbrushes), and more. Virtually any silicone baby product can be produced.
Can you combine silicone with plastic or metal in one product?
Yes. We specialize in dual-material and multi-material overmolding -- silicone + plastic, silicone + metal, and even three-material combinations. This is one of our core engineering strengths for structurally complex baby products.
What post-processing options are available?
We offer die-cutting, adhesive backing, epoxy dripping, oil spraying, silk-screen printing, pad printing, UV surface modification, and more. These options allow full creative flexibility while maintaining product performance.

MOQ & Pricing

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product complexity, mold size, and material. Standard products typically start at 1,000-3,000 pcs per SKU. For fully customized items with new tooling, MOQ is usually 3,000-5,000 pcs. We're happy to discuss flexible solutions for pilot runs.
How is the unit price determined?
Pricing depends on product design, size, material grade, color, post-processing, order quantity, packaging requirements, and certification needs. Larger order volumes receive significantly better pricing tiers.
Do prices include packaging and certifications?
Our standard quote includes product manufacturing and basic polybag packaging. Retail packaging, custom gift boxes, and third-party certification fees (FDA, LFGB, CE, etc.) are quoted separately based on your specific requirements.
04 / Development
Samples & Molds
Precision tooling, prototyping options, and sample confirmation flow.
Can I request samples before mass production?
Absolutely. We provide existing stock samples for free (customer pays shipping). For custom development, we deliver pre-production samples after mold completion for your approval before mass production begins.
How long does mold development take?
Typical mold development takes 15-30 days depending on structural complexity. Dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.1mm using automatic silicone injection molding and precision tooling.
Who owns the mold after development?
Once the customer pays the full mold fee, the mold belongs to the customer. We store and maintain it in our facility for future production runs free of charge. Molds can also be shipped to you upon request.
Is the mold fee refundable?
For long-term partnerships, we offer flexible mold-fee refund policies -- typically a partial or full refund can be credited back once your cumulative order volume reaches an agreed threshold. Terms are confirmed in the contract.
05 / Branding
Logo & Packaging
Private-label options, retail-ready packaging, and shelf-ready differentiation.
Can you print our logo on the product?
Yes. We offer multiple logo application techniques: engraved (in-mold), embossed, silk-screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving, and heat transfer. The best method depends on your product surface and brand aesthetics.
Do you offer custom retail packaging?
Yes. We provide full packaging solutions: color boxes, gift boxes, blister cards, hang tags, poly bags, inserts, user manuals, and shipping cartons. Our in-house design team can assist with artwork or work from your supplied files.
Can you make the product completely unbranded or neutral?
Yes. We regularly ship products with neutral packaging (no YMS branding) to support your private-label and dropshipping needs. We never include our own branding without customer consent.
06 / Compliance
Testing & Market Compliance
Certifications, performance testing, and international market readiness.
What certifications do your products meet?
Our products meet FDA, LFGB, CE, UL, RoHS, REACH, and other international food-grade and environmental standards. Manufacturing follows ISO 9001 quality control procedures.
Can you provide third-party testing reports?
Yes. We work with SGS, Intertek, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, and other recognized labs. Testing can be arranged for your specific target market (US, EU, UK, Australia, Japan, etc.) and the cost is quoted separately.
What internal quality tests do you perform?
Every batch undergoes tensile strength, temperature & humidity resistance, aging, tear resistance, and impact tests. Our material offers up to 45% improved toughness while maintaining stable elasticity over long use. 100% inspection is applied before shipment.
Can you comply with specific regional baby product regulations?
Yes. We adapt materials, design, and testing to meet CPSIA (US), EN 71 & EN 14350 (EU), AS/NZS 8124 (Australia), and other baby/toy safety standards. Share your target market with us and we'll align the project accordingly.
07 / Production
Production & Delivery
Capacity, lead times, and quality control milestones.
What is your production lead time?
Mass production typically takes 25-40 days after sample confirmation and deposit payment. Lead time varies by quantity, SKU count, packaging complexity, and season. Rush orders can often be accommodated.
What is your monthly production capacity?
We operate 32 solid silicone and 32 liquid silicone injection machines (64 total). Our capacity supports clients with annual purchase volumes exceeding USD 10 million. Dedicated project teams ensure consistent on-time delivery.
How is quality controlled during production?
Each production line has a QC inspector with 5+ years of experience. We perform IQC (incoming materials), IPQC (in-process), and FQC (final inspection) covering appearance, dimensions, function, and adhesion -- all under ISO 9001 SOP standards.
Do you accept third-party inspections?
Of course. We welcome third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek, AsiaInspection) and factory audits. Clients and their representatives are also welcome to visit our Dongguan facility at any time.
08 / Logistics
Payment, Shipping & Confidentiality
Secure terms, global shipping, and NDA protection for your designs.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% deposit via T/T upon order confirmation, with the balance paid before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight, PayPal (small amounts), Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Long-term partners may qualify for custom credit terms.
Which shipping methods are available?
We ship worldwide by sea (FCL/LCL), air freight, express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT), and rail (to Europe). We quote under EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, and other Incoterms based on your preference. Door-to-door delivery including customs clearance is available.
Will you keep my designs and ideas confidential?
Yes. We take IP protection seriously. We're happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before you share any files or concepts. Your designs, molds, specifications, and brand information will never be shared or reproduced for other clients.
What if there's a quality issue after delivery?
We stand behind every shipment. If a quality issue is confirmed on our side, we will replace defective units, provide a refund, or compensate in the next order -- whichever works best for you. Our goal is a long-term, trust-based partnership.
